To let go.. (Update 14/2/12: all gone!)

Update 14/2/12: Semua barang dlm entry ini sudah ada tuan baru. Ada barang2 lain dlm entry2 lain spt cloth diaper hemp insert dll

Ini gambar barang2 yg saya nak let go. Harga yg saya letak tu cadangan saya, kalau nak minta murah silakan. Mana yg saya takletak harga tu mmg boleh ambil free lah. Saya nak let go dgn sekadar cover kos pengeposan dan kos saya ke pej pos saja, bagi sesiapa yg tak mahu berbelanja lebih. 

Kos penghantaran utk brg yg ringan, sy minta RM10 utk pos biasa, RM20 utk poslaju. Kalau ada pihak kurang berkemampuan yg nak saya cover kos pengeposannya pun boleh tapi maklumkanlah ya. Cuma bassinet tu mmg saya tak tahu macamana nak bungkus jadi harapnya saya tak perlu poskan yg ini. Bassinet ni, buat masa ni saya minta supaya diambil sendiri dari saya di sekitar UKM.

9. Botol simpan breastmilk PP (BPA-free). InsyaAllah 15 biji dah ada pemilik barunya.

14. Baju toddler girl utk buat basahan. Berat semua 1kg+. Bayar RM10 (pos biasa) ata RM15 (poslaju)
Saiz sesuai utk girl 6-24 bulan. Sepasang baju kurung cotton, beberapa helai baju dan seluar pendek, beberapa helai dress, sehelai seluar jeans/denim. Condition used, kecuali seluar jeans/denim masih nampak sangat elok.

16. Microfibre diaper insert dgn lapisan atas dan bawah

15. 2 helai diaper cover stail lama - bayar kos pos je.
16. 2 helai diaper insert. Diaper insert ni lapisan atas fleece, tengah 2 lapis microfibre, bawah laminate yg agak tebal (sangat kalis air). Satu dah diguna sekali, satu lagi baru. Yg dah guna RM2, yg baru RM4.

17. Baju newborn

Atas ialah baju baby girl - hampir1kg (sbb baju paling kiri tu tebal) - RM10 termasuk pos biasa, RM15 termasuk pos (poslaju)
Tengah2 baju gender neutral - ringn je, bayar utk pos shj
Bawah baju baby boy
Tepi kanan dari atas ke bawah:stokin, boots and mitten, barut,bedung cotton nipis
Kalau ambil semua ni 1kg+. RM15 utk pos biasa,RM20 utk poslaju

What to do @ Bandung?

We'll be spending 5 days in Bandung insyaAllah in July. Am looking forward to it!

Suggestions on what to do include shopping at Factory Outlet, and climbing at Tangkuban Prahu.

But I don't want the whole 5 days to be spent on garment shopping only. I want to get something else like some educational things for the whole family.

My googling brought me to these words:

• Cihampelas - an interesting tourist spot and shopping place
• Palasari - Pasar buku. Cheap books, some as low as Rp2000 (less than RM1) according to some website.
• BBC - Bandung Book Centre at the back of Palasari. Said to be the close competitor of Palasari.

I don't want to spend more time googling now, first because I'd rather do something else, second because I find too many Indonesian websites and directories filled with sex-related ad. Bad risk.

OK for those familiar with or have been to Bandung, shower me with good suggestions ok? Thanks

Laundry 101 shopping..

InsyaAllah we'll add to our laundry appliances when we have enough $$, maybe in a few coming months. I need recommendations from experienced users. Please comment on what's good to buy and what's bad okay. I'll really appreciate it.

I have identified that I want to do the shopping at either of these two shops because they offer lower prices: Onking or jintexelectronics.com.

1. Washer and dryer

- Stackable vs hybrid/combined in one unit. Which is better?

- Top loading vs front loading. I heard that front loading is better because it uses less electricity, less water, is gentler, yet cleans better. But I heard somebody said that it's only marketing claim. Which is true?

- Capacity? I heard three different advices on the minimum load recommended if we want to wash comforter. One person said that the minimum capacity should be 11kg. Another said 7 kg is already okay. Another said that it's 8kg min for front loader, and 10kg min for top loader. All three of them are electric shop salespeople anyway. In my experience, I've used our current 7kg top loading WM to wash a Narita Toto a few times and it's still okay but I fear that it will give a long term bad effect to the motor/drum. I'm going for a bigger capacity, though, as the number of children is keep increasing hence the number of dirty clothes.

- Brand? Heard that the best brands are matsaleh brands like Bosch. About Electrolux, some people said that the Electrolux sold in Msia 30 years ago might be different from the Electrolux we have now (the previous was better than the latter). I also read various recommendation on LG machines but also many other recommendations for other brands too. Me got confused already by now.

2.  Ironing

- The Panasonic iron we have is doing its job well except with some kinds of cotton fabric which has too many crumples. The problem with crumples was solved when I borrowed my in-law's steam iron. But I haven't bought any yet. Any recommendation?

- Garment steamer? I was fancied with looking at sales assistants in clothes shops who use steamer to "iron" the clothes. Look a lot easier than ironing. Is it good for school uniforms made of cotton? Do we still need an iron for our clothes if we have this?

NCD small booster: 3, RM5 each
SMJAE : 7, RM8 each

All are made of hemp except RaR 6R soaker.
